These imbeciles will find any excuse to nickel and dime you. We started out with solely internet service for only about 60 a month. We are now paying close to 90 without any improvement in link speed or wifi strength. Their customer service is hit and miss, not to mention that when we initially got service, it was installed improperly. I can go on an on about how poor this company is, but I will simply close by saying that if it weren't for people who lived in the country and don't have access to decent internet service, CL would not be in business today. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
