I left a message with the social worker explaining that a very handy family member was interested in offering free labor to senior citizens in the community who are in need of a ramp being built, faucets changed, ceiling fans installed, landscaping, etc. Davis called me back with a terrible phone connection, refused to answer any questions, and told me he had just listened to my voicemail message, but still wanted me to repeat it for him to hear it again. Why would you tell someone you just listened to their message, but want them to voice it all again and refuse to answer any questions until they've done so? VERY unprofessional.

CNAs act like the residents are bothering them when they ask for assistance. They take their time answering a call for help and their is no two way communication so residents have to wait until someone cares enough to walk down the hall to see what they need. Residents are served cold food and many residents are not able to verbalize their concerns so they don’t get addressed.
